Loki should beat Doomsday if we use this base one or this weakling made by Brainiac/Lex. But if Loki will keep underestimating him he will quickly copy and adapt copying Loki's magic powers. Loki 6/10

Is True Form Darkseid avaible ? Because if is then Darkseid obliterates. But just base avatars hmm i give.... maybe DS 5.5/10

Team DC probably. Hunter/Prey Doomsday is a walking plot device. I don't see Loki beating him.

In an all out team fight Doomsday alone would maul the Marvel team.

Doomsday ain't mauling anything. HP Doomsday is strong but very overrated.

He's a walking NLF plot device. I'd say physically he's above anyone on both teams including Thanos (who's the second most strong among the characters relevant to this topic) Energy attacks and blunt force attacks are effectively useless. This Doomsday became a technopath for heaven's sake.

Doomsday has been mentally manipulated before - Thanos could do the same as well as Loki mystically. Vs Dr. Polaris, Kyle got smacked up because the ring is a type of metal. Same happens to Sinestro if his ring is also a metal. Since Loki can go invisible, phase, shape-shift, teleport, he can chose when and where to attack.

That is actually true. However, if there is no restrictions, I'd go with DC. Magneto is a weak link.
