I gotta say, I think Marvel has this one. I mean, the Invisible Woman seriously does not get enough credit. She is awesome, and can take down almost anybody, at last if your counting her more recant stuff (if she's from the beginning, as she does not appear in the pic, then she's dead meat. But if she's later, then she can more than hold her own, as an incredibly powerful, smart strategist, with the brawn and brains to take on almost anybody.
She Hulk sure has it in brains, and more than enough in brawn. She may not be the Hulk, but she's pretty powerful anyway, with a lot of experience to back it up.
Emma is an incredibly powerful telepath; on of the best. Not to mention her near invulnerable diamond form. Originally a super villain, she still doesn't have the cleanest of morals, and wouldn't really mind killing her enemies if she felt she had too.
Black Widow, is simply put, awesome. This girl doesn't need to have powers, you can bet for sure that she'll be knocking them dead left and right. Literally. A former spy, she also has some questionable morals that make her a dangerous opponent indeed.
Then there's Scarlet Witch. Maybe 2ed most powerful mutant ever, next to Franklin Richards. This lady (depending on the time) might actually be able to take on the whole DC team by her lonesome. Not fun at all.
Storm is an incredibly powerful mutant, with amazing leadership abilities, a cool head, and a sharp eye. Growing up on the streets, she is incredibly dexterous, a master lock pick/pickpocket, she can adapt to about any situation, has a will of iron, and many other things besides.
Miss Marvel is incredibly powerful, and, as one of the female heavy hitters, would certainly make a lasting impression.
Rogue is one of those incredible wild cards. She could very well become the most powerful person out there, and depending who she absorbed, she might lose her moral compass, and start slaughtering her enemies. Poor them...
Even without her Phoenix powers, Jean still had telepathy and telekinesis, and has handed super villains their tails for many years, with her leadership abilities, quick thinking, adaptability, and fighting skills, that make her no girl to be underestimated.
Photon is also pretty stinking cool. With her speed, invisibility, intangibility, flight, and a multitude of other things, she is a seriously cool girl. Actually leading the Avengers for a time, her unarmed combat skills (taught by Captain America), detective abilities, and marksmen skills all make her a force to be reckoned with.
As for DC, Wonder Woman is cool, but very beatable, and probably overrated. In any case, any of the above superheroes could take her out easy.
Power girl and Supergirl would be harder, but neither of them are on level with Superman, and, seeing as their powers are solar oriented, Photon would be a huge problem. Also, the Invisible Woman could so deal with them. She stopped the Hulk. Problem over.
Donna is WW Jr. Less powerful; less cool. No problemo.
Mary Marvel is powerful, but has all the disadvantages that come with childhood. (and technically, without Captain Marvel, she shouldn't work anyway, but I think we're ignoring that.) With her lack of experience, the other heroes should clobber her.
Zatanna is maybe the biggest problem, but the Scarlet Witch takes care of her.
Batgirl is pretty big; never underestimate a bat, especially when their Barbara. However, due to the large amount of invulnerables, and the fact that she wouldn't have time to prepare (a lot of a bats advantage is being prepared for everything) I think she would be taken down, though not without a big fight. Her not to opposed stance on killing would make her difficult.
Black Canary is good, but we've seen her face Black Widow and she lost then. No reason to think she wouldn't again.
Huntress has the same problems as Batgirl, although her lesser stance against killing would make her more dangerous, she is less powerful than Batgirl, so I think she'd fall.
Cassandra wasn't a terribly good Batgirl. She'd so go down.
Catwoman would be beaten by Black Cat. Not buts about it.
Hawk girl is lame. She has wings and a mace. Woo hoo. She would so go down.
Stargirl is young, and no staff = no powers. With so many people with inherent powers, this is a huge disadvantage.
Jade is good, and would cause some problems, but the Invisible Woman can do everything she can, and better. Sorry Jade.
Starfire is young and impulsive. She'd go down.
Raven is a problem, but again, Scarlet Witch. And Emma Frost. And Jean Grey. And possibly (depending on how things worked out) Rogue.
Wonder girl = lame WW.
Fire is not really that powerful.
So I think that Marvel would win, but it would be a hard fought battle. Hope you like my explanation!
