DC Speedsters that Quicksilver "could" Beat?

I'm well aware that Barry and/or Wally are out of his league. Even Screw Attack made it clear that they know that. But what about lesser known or more obscure speedsters within DC Universe/Multiverse? Are there any that he might have a chance against? Even if it's only like, 4 battles out of 10 he might win? I'll take CW Flash as an answer if you think that's feasible even.

I'm asking purely out of curiosity, and also that flash is a character I'm not any sort of expert on. Wont take any offense if there is you think there isn't anyone he can handle.

Superman when he was only faster than a train.

Jessie, Max, The Tornado Twins and Jay are all FTL. Quicksilver isn't.

Given that Jessie also has super strength, I'd say that's a no.

Jay is a genius who comes up with the ways to beat those faster than pre 52 Wally and Barry, so NO.

Max has a lot more tricks up his sleeve than any of the other speedsters and a better understanding of it than any of them. definite no.

avatarreiko I'll give you Mas y Menos (plus and minus). Their need to be touching to have speed is a pretty big vulnerability.

Tornado twins MAYBE due to lack of experience and feats.

They've given other verdicts I think are respectable besides that one (Spider-Man beating Batman, Venom beating Bane, Godzilla beating Gamera, MGS Raiden beating Wolverine, Luke beating Harry Potter, Doomsday beating Hulk, Thor beating MK Raiden etc.). Far be it from me to treat them as an authority or infallible, but it's not as though they're always wrong or that everything they've ever said is wrong or unfair.

For my part, I'd say 616 Quicksilver can beat most Live Action DC speedsters, including most if not all of the ones from the CW Flash show.

Earth-616 Quicksilver is some where around Mach 400 , so how is he beating Jay or Jessie who are as Fast as light.

Jay is around lightspeed...

It would have to be one thats not connected to the Speed Force since QS will be left behind once that enters the picture.

So... post-CIOE Wally where he could only do 'speed of sound' and basically retired as a result.

Or you have to look over into the pile of characters where speed was only one of their abilities... like Conner Kent (Superboy), who could go as fast as Bart for charity races but has stability issues about his powers.
