Feats for both? I was under the impression that ares was Wonder woman's strongest rogue but I could be wrong.

I say this can go either way, in every single round. Both have hax (though Circe edges out on that a bit) and physical attributes.

Ares for the first one. Circe wins the last two.

Circe. Wonder Woman has always been able to stalemate or defeat Ares outright and Circe can easily grant herself WW's physical powers.

1. Ares already threated Circe like fodder, he was in a higher tier.

2. Circe, the fake Ares was just a not very impressive old dude.

3. Circe god-stomps, even Pre-52 Ares would stand no chance.

Current Circe stomps Ares with godwave and Hela at the same time, but Hela is anyways fodder in that comparison.
