Moro should win. He’s an intelligent fighter and can drain Broly before he adapts further

He’s massively stronger and his constantly rising power should off put Moro’s draining.

Moro should win, SSJ Broly Beat Both SSGSS Goku and Vegeta and they had to run away due to the ass-beating they were getting. Moro easily beat both SSGSS Goku and Vegeta. Plus both of these fights take place AFTER the TOP. Goku was probably stronger than he was in the Broly fight, and so was Vegeta. So I think Moro should be able to win due to beating SSJB Goku and Vegeta faster than Broly.

Broly is too savage to let Moro drain his energy and he's way stronger than Goku & Vegeta MSSJB.

Moro should win due to him being able of using his ki manipulation, other magical abilities cunningly to make the fight last long enough for him to drain Broly of his ki.

Broly stomps. Moro was getting pressured by SSB Vegeta before the latter ran dry, and Broly is WAY superior to Vegeta physically and has far deeper ki reserves.

Moro is not strong enough yet. Right now the writers have admitted to making Broly too strong in the movie so they have done everything they can to keep him from showing up until the rest of the cast gets stronger. Maybe whenever Moro reaches his full power he'll have a shot. But right now he isn't on Broly's level. No single mortal in DB is right now

For real though, Broly just blitzes him, he's like constantly bloodlusted.

Current Moro should be strong and fast enough to drain Broly before going down. Plus he can survive in space and Broly can't.

It currently goes Zeno > GP > Angels > Goku > Jiren > GoDs >= Broly. Now where do you see moro? Didn't think so.

Its hard to say. Moro was able to absorb the ki of goku and vegeta so quickly. But broly in SSJ state is way stronger than ssjb, and can overwhelm moro quickly.

I agree with the person above ^ While SSJ Broly is stronger than Moro, he has no knowledge of Moro’s skills. And I doubt Broly would try to end it with a giant Ki Blast in the beginning of a fight. New Broly is mostly a close combat fighter, choosing to beat his target to death rather than Ki blast amped attacks he barely uses.

But Moro has many things like Ki and life absorption which Moro doesn’t even need contact with the person to do. Broly would try to bullrush him with a wild berserk style and get a few hits on Moro until his power starts draining more and more, until He starts becoming weaker than Moro.

Since Dragonball Super there have been characters shown that show the Dragonball cast can struggle with Hax.

Merus was planning on joining the final fight against Moro and the last shot of his training with Goku hints that he was going to go full angel. Moro does a galactus and treats Broly like a giant meal.

You guys Moro absorbs the power of Saiyans as they power up that’s why they lost the first time. Vegeta and Goku confronted Moro in SSG and as they tried to power up Moro absorbed their ki as they tried to transform to SSB.

The second time they engaged with Majin buu who is vastly weaker than GOku and Vegeta, GOku and Vegeta were in SSB which is why Moro couldn’t absorb their power, they were already on their highest “stable” forms and hence couldn’t absorb their ki. Also theirs the fact they fought in space so Moro couldn’t manipulate the planets ki, Broly is smart in terms of fighting a learns as he fights at the fastest rate in dragon ball so far, he will send Moro to space if he has too but the physical barrier is already enormous.

SS Broly would destroy Moro, since he’s Super Saiyan Form is too much, it’s stronger than SSB GOku and Vegeta, heck wraithful was stronger than both of them, Moro couldn’t handle SSB GOku and Vegeta the second time since he couldnt absorb power as they powered up because they were already transformed

@mbatz: The new chapter changes some of this. Moro is now so stong, an enraged super saiyan blue goku is not even close to being able to deal any damage. Moro can casually block his hits, even from a blind spot. It's hinted that Goku will have to go ultra instinct just to be able to fight on par with him. Sorry but Broly won't be putting him down before Moro absorbs his power.

Gonna need to see more from Moro in the next chapter. He's close to winning this but I still believe Broly is far stronger.

There is no lines to be drawn though. Super broly is above blue, yes, but now so is Moro. To the point he no sold a punch by barely raising his arm. There's nothing that proves broly can over power him. While on the other hand, Moro is continually draining broly's power and adding it to his own. If broly couldn't even knock out frieza in one hour, what makes you think he can knock out someone who is possibly post tournament, ultra instinct tier?

Legendary Broly is another matter. But here's where we can draw some outside sources. His only rating for power is "Might be stronger than Beerus" stated by Goku, and we don't know how accurate he is. meanwhile ultra instinct sign 3 (the one used against jiren in episode 129) is stated by Beerus himself to rival him if not surpass him in power (in the toei official episode preview magazine). and the ultra instinct we're seeing now is even stronger than that.

So it comes down to next chapter. If Moro gets bodied, then Broly might have the upper edge here. If Moro can actually hold his own or even retain an advantage, then there is no way in hell Broly wins in any form.

On top of this the fact that Merus was considering getting involved despite training Goku to master UI shows just how a big a threat he is.

@intercepter101: That explanation isn’t enough though, goku and Vegeta in SSB literally ran away due to the fear of death. Stuff like that only occurs rarely in the franchise. Beating SSB Goku effortlessly isn’t impressive. And I thought we are using Moro when he was on Namek which would get stomped. What we know from namek is that Moro said he’s full power is more greater then after he absorbed Goku and Vegeta’s ki but that’s due to the fact they had to power up and Moro absorbed there power as they powered up. SSB Broly is already far above Moro currently and on Namek featwise anyway. But using current Moro it wouldn’t be a stomp, it’s vary fair. Like I said Moro can only absorb power from individuals provided they power up or provided they are severely weaker then him, Broly will be fine, Moro isn’t even a martial artist he’s the first I guess tactical fighter who relies on he’s abilities.

@oreki: Not Jiren Level, IG Jiren meet Moro, since jiren without powering up is already far above 2 SSB, Jiren would realise he Moro can absorb ki after firing a ki blast, and unlike most characters Jiren would just retreat several star systems since he can survive in space and power up then come back and kill Moro. Goku isn’t even Jiren level it’s just the ToP prohibits killing, in a battle of life and death even if Goku was MUI we already know Jiren will outlast it, making him the strongest mortal, Broly is a close second and he’ll probably surpass Jiren considering he’s growth in a single movie, Moro would be third
