Granola made his wish to be the strongest after the Moro arc. Meaning Granola at the very LEAST is stronger than planet Moro and Moro arc MUI goku. Who both should be able to fold and even one shot jiren.

Granola being stronger than them means he probably neg difs jiren. Jiren and Broly at least the versions we’ve seen of them at this point should honestly be fodder to the top tiers of this arc like granola, goku and possibly even vegeta now.

Granola by hype alone should stomp. Pretty sure he's still holding back against Goku.

Jiren stomps he was compared to the GoDs and may be above them while the other guy clearly is below the GoDs by the Dragon own word.

Granolah spanks Jiren hard. Just look at the new scaling from after the ToP. Jiren stands no chance.

@daddyprometheus: Indeed. Was also technically the first true obstacle Goku had and needed a boost to beat.

I wouldn't call it the first true "obstacle", given General Blue was also formidable, and there was other obstacles that didin't depend on power, but it was the moment the series became more serious for sure, and with more intimidating antagonists.

Goku's power up there also gives a very good message, contrary to many of the more modern meaningless power ups lol.

LMAO facts, and what makes it funnier is that since he was the brother of the Crane master, he knew how to fly, he just chose not to.

Blue's only real threat was his TK tbh. Goku beat him pretty handily without it.

I'm telling y'all Jiren has been training hard since the ToP. He will come back and be just as strong as ever. "Son Goku, did you really think I was going to stand idly by while you kept increasing your power?!"

Granolah's wish to be the strongest only included the characters in his universe.

Granolah for now, while it is true that he is the strongest in HIS universe, he seems to really give post training Goku/Vegeta a run for their money. I also don't recall Jiren beating Goku in one strike.

Terrible incorrect.

He made his wish to be the strongest in the universe. Moro is dead, he is not in the universe anymore so any comparison to Moro and Granola is a moot point, as well as any scaling from that point on as well.

The Dragon said it's possible to make him the strongest if he took the risk of having his life-span decreased to 3 years.

It is too early to give a definitive answer to who wins between these two. Granolah did wish to become the most powerful being in Universe 7 (excluding Gods and Angels) so he should be above Kakarot and Prince Vegeta...but Jiren is not from Universe 7 and he would have done training after the TOP to increase his power level so we don't know what power level Jiren is at the moment and I doubt Toriyama will be bringing Jiren back any time soon. Also, we don't know how the fight of Granolah vs Kakarot and Prince Vegeta will pan out because the manga chapter hasn't been released yet. I'm not sure Kakarot mastered Ultra Instinct when he was easily beating Jiren during the end of the TOP (and then he couldn't maintain his UI and then Belmod asked Jiren to eliminate him and Jiren was reluctant to because he knew he would be eliminating an out-of-form Kakarot). In the Moro Saga, it is said that Merus had better UI than Kakarot and Whis had better UI than Merus so if that's true then it is impossible that Kakarot had mastered UI in the TOP. I've forgotten that Kakarot did bring out the TOP UI when he fought against OG73i absorbed Lord Moro...I would assume that Granolah is above UI Kakarot in power level so it should be Granolah>UI Goku>Jiren>Prince Vegeta so yes maybe Granolah would beat Jiren in a fight but it is too early to say...not enough feats for Granolah.

Lol at people saying Granolah one shots Jiren...no, not at all. Yes it is possible for Granolah to beat Jiren but it would take multiple shots and Jiren is training in the meantime so if he is shown again in DBS then he will be stronger than his TOP version. People seem to easily forget Jiren's feats in the TOP and yes they are impressive enough to withstand Granolah's attacks for at least some time...like I said, not enough Granolah feats.
