In character, Sue's not just going to kill her, even if she's angry. In fact, because she's in a jealous rage, I think she's purposely try to drag this out. I think Dazz can hold her own, and willl manipulate Sue's emotions until she's calm, drops her shield, then it's a simple ko. As for soundproof shields around her, they don't do any good since Dazzler can store her energy, so unless she's in a soundproof bubble and expends all of her energy, she can still use her powers. Dazzler is also savvy. She has years of near constant fighting in Mojoverse that have honed her skills. And while Sue's shields can block Dazzler's lasers and blasts, they don't keep out light, which means the emotional manipulation will work, as will holographic camouflage, holographic dupes, or fog. Allison has a lot of tricks up her sleeve. Since Sue's shields are invisible, Dazzler should even be able to manipulate light inside the shield and take out Sue that way. Worst comes to worst, she can outlast Sue. Her stamina is better, and while Sue is angrily attacking holograms, she also wearing herself out. Dazzler wins 7/10. 9/10 if she can manipulate light inside Sue's shield.
