Stops at Deathwatch kill team. The Librarian is more than capable of engaging Vader, especially one with a Force Stave, Indomidus Pattern Dreadnaught Armour and an Iron Halo, while his allies take out the 501'st

Your formatting is off on the various marines. The equipment doesn't match the person they are under. I mean, isn't hard to just mentally know which is which from weaporny, but.. yeah.

Anyways,

Round 1: Vader clears easily enough. The AT-STs go down as do many of the troopers, all of them if Vader is being lazy, but Vader should win easily enough.

Round 2: Vader clears. The AT-ST and Troopers aren't likely to survive.

Round 3: This really depends on how strong of a Librarian [however as he is deathwatch, I assume he is bloody good] and what discipline he primarily uses. But I'd probably say he stops here regardless.

Disney Vader?

Hits a brick wall and might stop at 3, if not 4.

But, what if Vader is being proactive in his use of Stormtroopers? It's not like Disney Vader is against such uses.

@wut: It was actually mentioned in one of the codex that Space Marines often didn't send their more experienced psykers to the Deathwatch, preferring to send lower ranking ones, usually Lexicanium. The strong Deathwatch Psykers are however REALLY strong, ususllu serving directly under the watch commander or hanging out in watch fortresses, presumably to deal with psychic Xenos artifacts and training others
