Darth Sidious vs. Mace Windu's Strike Team (Read OP)

RULES

• Palpatine does not have access to his lightsaber
• Standard gear for Strike Team
• Morals on for Strike Team
• Palpatine is bloodlusted
• RotS versions
• No external help
• Win by death
• Fight takes place in the chancellor's suite

ROUNDS

1. Mace does not get his Vaapad amp
2. Mace does get his Vaapad amp

Would they be able to defeat Palpatine under these conditions?

It'd be even easier for Sidious to win, under these circumstances.

Canon or legends.

If canon Team, legends, they wouldn't even scratch his force barriers, and all but Mace would be killed Via a blast of lightning.

Palpatine fries them all with his force lightning.

Palpatine stomps.

Quite a tough one to weigh up. I don't think Windu's allies will survive in either round, but Windu might be able to press forward amidst the lightning and take Palpatine down.

one-shottable fodder gets one-shotted.

An unarmed sidious vs mace end sup like so:

Could take a decent amount of time first though, depending on how much sids can do to him via tk.

Sidious still wins both rounds. Mace can compete with Sidious in the way that Dooku can compete with Yoda. He's not going to be insta-killed, by Sidious is his clear superior. The rest of the Jedi are fodder for Sidious.

Windu cannot compete with Sidious. Even when Mace was amped to a vast degree, Palpatine was overwhelming pretty easily. Windu also has no feats to suggest he can compete to Palpatine. Windu's feats are about equal to Dooku's, someone who Sidious effortlessly picked up and dominated across the galaxy.

Windu can "factually" compete with Sidious. The cognitive dissonance here is amusing.

It seems we have conflicting claims. It would be nice if we had evidence for which one is correct...

I don't recall it ever being stated to what degree Mace was amped, though you're welcome to provide a quote for that.

Windu's feats are about equal to Dooku's

Windu's feats are actually well below Dooku's, it's just that those feats apply to a pre-prime Windu and that Windu has better hype and scaling.

You have a source for the "effortlessly" part of your claim?

It doesn't really make a difference, since Sidious can just steal one of the Jedi's lightsabers...

Well, if Yoda can casually disarm Ventress, and Rots Sidious > TCW Yoda >>> Ventress > Fisto/Kolar/Tiin, then I would imagine that Sidious shouldn't have much issue telekinetically disarming one of Windu's companions.

Besides, Sidious's lightning can disarm Yoda, so he could disarm at least one of the other Jedi and steal the lightsaber through that method.

Also, a bit of a side note: when Yoda faced Dooku, he drew his lightsaber with TK; when Yoda faced Sidious, he grabbed his lightsaber with his hand, which could mean Yoda was taking no chances of Sidious attempting to telekinetically disarm him at the start of their duel.
