I could not care less about Gideon's personal opinion. I seem to remember our dear Tempest left crying when I pointed out that his exclusive hierarchy, or 'character ranking' doesn't have to be accepted by every Tom, Dick and Wolffmyth. And when his own convictions were pressed under objective scrutiny, he was incapable of defending them. Which seems to be a trend with those sorts of things...

And similarly, I've received PM's from users (and ones that will not be named here) letting me know that I've become quite the topic of 'mystery' regarding identity matters. Something that I have not disclosed to anyone - not that I need to either. But also that you shat yourself at the prospect of facing a "Latin filled" interaction with Uncle Ziggy.

And why would I do that you might ask? Is It because I don't enjoy entertaining mismatches. Threads that have no discussion value whatsoever and should be kept in a vault? Well if that's what you want, then Krayt wins because he holds an enormous power advantage over Maul. Something that passes the shit test of some rather extensive Vong implants. You know, those little entities designed to enslave people, but also have a tendency to dull one's Force connection. Or in the case of Jacen Solo, of whom only received a single seed implant - cut it off completely :-)
I seem to remember Krayt coming out of that ordeal by killing his captors with a nice bout of Force lightning. As for the future Darth Caedus? Not so much. He could barely use rudimentary techniques such as 'Force sense' under the same circumstances. But I suppose you could argue that Jacen was out of his prime by a little over a decade at that point. As for Darth Krayt? He had a little over a century to reach his "Reborn" status. Which I find amusing, seen as the former gets (some rather unwarranted) respect, while the latter can exist in a thread with Maul and people think it's a decent discussion...
He enjoys a nice level of lightsaber skill. An art that he's had over one-hundred years of refinement in. And killing 1000's of individuals in close quarters combat is also 'nice'. Maul on the other hand was indeed 'skilled', but at least in Dooku's opinion, he was a little unrefined (a skilled animal). Likely why a blinded Kanan Jarrus can simply 'tugg him' out of the equation. On the other hand, we know for a fact that Hett is at least on Kenobi's plane as a saber master, and has some shitload of experience directly after that confrontation. Likely crafting him to be one of the best masters of dueling ever. And of course, his superior Force connection should give him a nice boon - when it comes to swinging a lightsaber. Then there's Dark Transfer, a one-shot kill as far as Maul is concerned.
TBH - I'm not even sure if Sidious can deal with Krayt, let alone Maul.
