Dark Dragon has greater durability feats and shadow summons but it is not enough to stand up to Dodgeball Wizard's ridiculous city level TK and aerial superiority (yes he is a better flier than a dragon)

Ether way I dont remember it being building level let alone city level durability. Wizard plays around looking for a good match then puts Dark Dragon down when he realizes DD isn't a worthy challenge
