Where does he stop - or does he clear?

Stops at 7. But can beat 8.

Eh, he can likely incap Luke.

Yeah, why not? With knowledge, he knows his gear can't put Luke down otherwise. So, he'd go for incap, like with a rope arrow or something.

He cannot harm Luke
