i have, i've been gogoplata'd dozens of times in practice. I guess you get used to it. The first few times you get choked or neck cranked, your neck will usually be sore the next day. After a few weeks and months, it doesn't even bother you anymore.

Daredevil doesn't use choke holds and all of that.I was joking with Korg.IMO Daredevil wins because she's the rookie and he's the vet with gifted intellect and quick knock out moves.Plus his senses trump hers by miles.

she may be a rookie but she was trained as a child to replicate and exceed logans fighting style and reaction time. she has superhuman reaction time that surpasses logans and fast enough to get past Lady D's defense and ko her. DD is not the only one capable of a quick knockout move most of her attacks are single kill strikes she is fully aware of the human body anatomy. her senses are just as good as DD's and better then logans.

Daredevil was owning Championship level boxers before he was even trained.He wasn't trained as a child but he could already fight when Stick got to him.
Even if X-23's reaction time is above X-23's,apparently so is Daredevil's.
unless DD can throw down in a h2h fight with ppl that exceed lvl 3 and 4 fighting speed he is not superhuman, unless he can block parry and strike exchanging blows at high speed blurred movement. i dont know if he can since i have stop reading DD but i know you still do maybe you can give me examples or scans of him fighting superhuman lvl 7 fighters with at least lvl 3 speed.

I don't know what level 3 and 4 is? Is that mach speeds or what? Who is that fast? I'm sure DD has tagged people in those speed ranges.
I don't know how fast level 3 is so I can't really say.If you say Laura fought a level 7 who is that fast..who are you talking about? Wolverine.He's the only level 7 I know she's fought.
I think Laura would be much more of a danger to Daredevil than Wolverine is, and he has given Daredevil significant trouble on more than one occasion. She's faster, and doesn't get stupid and let her emotions effect the fight. Daredevil would never kill Laura, she's like 16. Laura would be out to kill Daredevil. He'd have to work in this fight, and his best bet (I think) is to try and incapacitate her by tying her up with his billy club jump-rope. This would be difficult, since he has to bind both arms and legs if he doesn't want to get cut. X-23 has also been trained to control her heartbeat, breathing, etc, so Daredevil's senses wouldn't be as advantageous to him in this fight as they would be in others. I'm not sure who I'd pick here, but I'm leaning towards Laura. She has superior reaction time, and I don't know if DD could KO her with a club. I think she'd just cut it apart in the air.

marvel x men encyclopedia has x23 past peak human speed and well into the superhuman category of lvl 3 along with lady D at a time before her last upgrade.

When was this? The only time I have seen Wolverine give DD trouble is when Daredevil tried to stop him from killing Typhoid Mary.The other times he didn't have much problem with Wolverine.Daredevil doesn't have to kill Laura to win and he doesn't have to use her emotions against her.Laura can try and kill DD all she wants put geniuses with prep have failed to do it.I believe Spider-Man is around her speed or faster than her and Daredevil has tied him up.He's a smart fighter and with his radar sense he can find openings.He has shown in the pst to be a chess player in combat.He's a through planner even in the middle of combat.I still don't know about this reaction time stuff.I see no indication that she reacts faster than he does.He's speed blitzed people classified higher in speed than he is.

I just looked it up.The Handbook had her at level 4 which is Mach-1.I don't know where you get the level 7 think from though because Lady Deathstrike isn't level 7 and she never was.
I believe the encyclopedia's classifications my be slightly different than the handbook.I don't know what the X-men handbook goes off of,I was using the key from back in the day.
Daredevil has fought people with the same stats as her though.Level 6 fighting skill and Level 4 speed.Oh and he won.
Like I said, I'm not really sure who would win, but I don't think Daredevil can win this easily. He might come out victorious, but he won't come out unscathed.
I don't even believe DD will win 100% of the time but since castleking countered my argument with a poorly drawn picture and a statement,I thought it was only right that I reach a little.

i bring it up to remind ppl that DD doesnt win overwhelming fights by sheer fighting skills, but a combination of agility and terrain for him to exploit. his agility is not used in actual offensive attacks like spidey or gambit but more of a strategic withdrawal to maintain distance from fighters that are far superior then him in reaction time and fighting skills.

Daredevil has fought both Wolverine and Spider-Man strickly h2h so I don't know why you even named them.
Even with those said I can name people who are superhuman (whom he can actually hurt without weapons found on the scene) whom he has beaten.I like how you try to use Tombstone against Daredevil and Absorbing Man against DD as if X-23 could hurt either one without having adamantium.

i said he doesnt win over whelming fights by skill alone. but lets say we count the demon robot how fast was it? how strong was it? how durable was it? what lvl of fighting skill does he possess? why did mysterio let him believe he took it down could DD have done it if he had to and if mysterio hadnt let him think he won that fight?
