Daredevil vs Deathstroke (Equalized Stats)

Rules:

1. Equalized Stats,since I believe it may inhibit Deathstroke to be lower, Matt will be scaled up to Deathstroke. Radar Sense is still in play, which Matt only has.
2. Any win condition.
3. Start 15 feet apart.
4. Pre and Post Flashpoint Deathstroke, 616 Daredevil.

Rounds:

1. Standard gear, Slade is equipped with his promethium armor. Setting: Hell's Kitchen's Streets
2. Both are unarmed, armorless. Setting: The Octagon

Hmm, round one is tricky given the armour, but I can see Matt landing a solid shot on a vulnerable spot like his eye. Matt's skill and agility edge will enable him to land more hits, though Slade could win with a potentially fatal sword stab or slice.

Matt wins the second round rather handily.

Slade both rounds.

I think Slade likely takes round 1, while Matt takes round 2.

Hmmm... round 1 is iffy, with an edge to Slade. I'm tempted to back Matt for round 2 tho

Slade wins 1 with great difficulty but I'd back Matt for 2, I don't see why he shouldn't take a majority.

Is there any way to really gauge Slade's raw skill, other than that he considers it beneath Batman?

It was already skill that gave Slade most of the advantage in this fight imo

I think it's a little tricky. Slade has had trouble with the likes of Cassandra Cain, whose abilities I believe aren't too unlike Daredevil's when it comes to reading opponents. Daredevil might even be a superior combatant if his stats are equalized to Deathstroke's. The only factors that keep this on even ground is

a) Slade's intelligence - he could use the environment to his advantage if he had to.

b) Explosives - Matt may be able to see them coming, but in the hands of Deathstroke he might not be able to do anything about it.

c) Slade's armor - if it's the New-52 version of his Promethium armor, Matt will be hard-pressed to do any really damage to Slade. Because of this, Slade would be able to draw this fight out long enough until Matt tires and he can press his advantage.

That is my opinion for Round One, anyhow. Round Two, I give it to Matt.
