R2: 3 days to prep, full knowledge

Morals off/bloodlusted

Oro can summon 1 Powerful Shinobi from the War exclude Previous Kage, Previous Hokage or Madara.

Danzou can use Shisui's eye

R1: Sanin Body, izanami is useless as Jiraiya can detect Danzou if he uses it, and I'm not sure he can out tsunade down

R2: he uses koto and probabaly wins

Going to give this to the Sannin. They have more versatile attacks and even if Danzo can survive a few of attacks they are going to be able to kill him enough times. Each of the Sannin could potentially solo and all are Kage level.

Danzo would not even win against 2 of the sennin. tsunade is the strongest, she might aswell 1v1. izanami is strong but what di dhe do with it besides prolonging his death?
