Dante was hired to eliminate Ikaros for a large amount of money, They fight where Ikaros fought the harpies

round 1: Dante only uses Rebellion, along with Ebony & Ivory and doesn't have access to Devil Trigger, and Ikaros has her restrictions

round 2: Dante only uses Rebellion, along with Ebony & Ivory and doesn't have access to Devil Trigger, but Ikaros has all her restriction removed by Nymph

round 3: Dante only uses Rebellion, along with Ebony & Ivory and has access to Devil Trigger, and Ikaros has her restriction

round 4: Dante only uses Rebellion, along with Ebony & Ivory and has access to Devil Trigger, and Ikaros has her restrictions off by Nymph

Round 5 finale round: Dante has all his weapons, has access to Devil Trigger and Majin Form, Ikaros has her restrictions removed, and has access to Uranus queen mode

this is a little interesting to say the least but.

Round 1: Dante, since he would be able to overpower her due to her not being able to do much with her restriction, she's still powerful but Dante would take this.

Round 2: Ikaros wins that around, since her destructive capability + range could vaporize or incinerate Dante, however He'd still put up a fight, and leave Ikaros wounded.

Round 3: Dante pretty easily, again she's powerful even with her restriction, but she isn't able to do much, and Dante's Devil Trigger would easily overpower Ikaros

Round 4: I'd say it can go either way, since Ikaros could vaporize or incinerate Dante due to her destructive capabilities + range, but devil trigger could easily overpower her, and is probably faster then her, so it depend on the situation in that fight.

Round 5: Dante, his arsenal can match or exceed Ikaros' and Ikaros has no way to counter the Majin Form even with Uranus Queen mode, Majin Form would wreck havoc on her, however if she can wait it out or able to get to him before he's able to DT or Majin Form then she'd have a chance but that's unlikely due to his speed is probably greater then hers or equal to hers.
