Douma eventually. Even though Dabi is resistant to cold temperatures, I doubt he can resist the necrosis of the lungs that Douma's ice creates. Not to mention he's not built for long running battles due to the nature of his quirk unlike Douma and his regeneration

I think Douma wins, he has too many advantages. First of all as a upper moon demon he can regen from wounds that would kill Dabi several times over nigh-instantly and his stamina does not get depleted. Demons are not weak to fire, it's specifically the sun, so Dabi only even has a win condition if he can fully destroy Doma.

I also feel like people really sleep on the fact that Doma can create at least 5 ice clones that can each fight independently and use all of his techniques with the same power. Dabi basically has to fight a group. All of Doma's anti-feats can be attributed to him dicking around and not taking things seriously, while Dabi has countless anti-feats without any excuse, like him ambushing Aisawa with the element of surprise and still losing or running away from Mirko, getting grappled by Kamui Woods and so forth. IMO Doma is also notably faster, scaling far above things like pre-prime Giyuu tieing the already superhumanly fast Inosuke to a tree before he could even perceive anything happening or all the lightning-timing around the fourth upper moon.

While Dabi could counter ice-attacks there is also a good chance that he would inhale some of the smoke, since it's not overtly threatening, can easily be thought off as just a byproduct of the ice-creation and he lacks any sort of sensory abilities like Inosuke. Even breathing in a little could destroy his lungs.

This is just Dabi vs Geten or Dabi vs Shoto (with ice) or Dabi vs Endeavor and the entire Todoroki family.

Dabi's flame temperature and AOE range is massive.

Even Endeavor vs Douma would be fairer than Dabi vs Douma since Endeavor doesn't have that kind of exaggerated range.

@zeedeez: Nah, the upper tiers of DS wud speedblitz a ton of MHA characters since a couple of the top tiers scale higher than Muichiro who can slice off 10k fish before their body can even disintegrate (The decapitated head of a demon man from chapter 2 iirc, started to disintegrate as soon as his head disconnect from his body).

Im not aware lf the power creep dabi got tho, so dunno who'd win this fight cus douma wud be dead if he touches that fire, I believe

Honestly kind of a hard one for me. Douma has a definite edge in stamina and survivability and one shot potential if Dabi breathes in his ice crystals. But Dabi greatly outclassed him in firepower and range. Leaning on Dabi if, similar to the Nomu, he can burn Douma so thoroughly that there is nothing to regen from.
