The Regular Superman isnt as strong as Cyborg Superman even without his rings. Another thing is Cyborg Superman has Technopathy... he could gain control of the Terminatrix with ease and the fight would be over then...

but i heard the cyborg programs evan the ones tied in dc wer origanaly desined by skynet but the manhunters dont look like cyborgs but i dont read dc alot so how did hank gain control of the manhunters ??

think about it if all the heroes with different powers were running around the terminator world. there would be no need of john connor, cause the war would have been prevented by the world heroes before it even started..
