Round 1 h2h only
Round 2 standard equipment takes place on a roof top in star city who will win
Let me know if this has been done before to

R1: Ted
R2: Roy
Ted is Wildcat, Rene is Wild dog
Ted hanged with Ollie for some time. He should be above Roy in H2H. Plus, his sidekick was on Roy's level, and they seemed equal. As for round 2, Roy shoots him.
@bladeoffury: ok but do you think Ted pain tolerance is above Roy
On episode 15 of Arrow. I like Wild Dog and he's tough, but Roy is tougher, more experienced, more dedicated, more training, and has better feats. He's like a part of the old guard compared to Wild Dog. He'll be like "yeah I was there during the Undertaking, the Seige, fought the League of Assassins, AND I'm the one who created a plan to sacrifice myself to save Oliver, basically foiling Ra's al Ghul's plan by myself." If Roy returns again (and I hope he does) I'd like it to be mentioned that he's been doing some vigilante activities on his own wherever he's been so that he doesn't fall behind the rest of the crew.
@bladeoffury: ok so what you think now lol

@joshua755: Simply better at Rene than everything.
Gotta go with Roy. Wild Dog is good but not great. He beat some League of Assassins ninjas in fodder-mode which I think is his best combat feat. Most of his feats are against fodder. He can handle fodder well, but has not done anything as impressive as Roy, like his prison scene. Roy also has clear advantages in speed, agility, and experience. It would be a good fight though.
Roy wins the h2h round for obvious reasons. I feel inclined to give the standard gear round to Wild Dog. Roy's marksmanship never impressed me massively and Rene is a good shot

Roy is a way better shot than Rene. He can hit the blade of a knife, while in midair, from at least two stories above and only requires a split second to aim. He can also hit moving targets from a significant distance while in midair and doing parkour, Rene is more of a spray and pray type of guy, he would unload both of his duel pistols just to hit a guy at that distance, let alone hitting them while in midair, which Roy did with a single shot. Roy is absolutely far more precise than Rene, which is not surprising considering he is an archer. Here he is severing a thin rope from across the room, another thing that Rene could not replicate as quickly and precisely as Roy, he would probably take a few shots before accomplishing it.
@nickzambuto: Roy also misses a lot of easy shots, his accuracy with the bow is inconsistent to say the least. Wild Dog has some comparable accuracy feats, such as disarming Prometheus of his sword with a single shot. Wild Dog seems slightly more efficient with his gun and a bit quicker on the draw, evident by these two instances:
@thesuperor: I don't get it. Shooting away Prometheus' sword is comparable to Roy severing Komodo's wire, the least impressive feat I mentioned. What is Rene doing in those two gifs that impresses you? He's shooting unarmed fodder within point blank range. I showed Roy hitting fodder from a great distance while in midair with a single shot, and hitting the blade of a knife from two stories above, while also in midair.
@thesuperor: I agaree
Roy stomps. Wild dog is cool but he isn't to impressive aside from the 100th episode where he showed good durability. But that isn't a big deal since Roy can still harm him.
He had some good h2h showings in the finale. He fought multiple ninjas, that is a pretty solid feat imo.

Eh, Those ninjas aren't the same as the league of assassins. I can see Roy handling them.

I think Roy could deal with them as well. I just pointed out that I thought it was an impressive feat for Rene.

Aren't they though? Just ones following Talia instead? Either way league of assassins are wildly inconsistent, ranging from Ra's/Oliver level to being beaten by Diggle or Laurel. Simply being in the league means nothing.
Roy has better showings and Wild Dog has never beaten anyone above fodder level.
