Thunder stomps.She's solidly mid-tier at this point. Sara can't do a thing to her, while Thunder can easily one-shot Sara.
In-universe, Sara would probably find a way to use her experience against her a-la Green Arrow vs. Flash.Realistically though, feat-wise, Anissa should win.
We saw a preview of this match in the latest episode of BL. Sara's way better than Syonide, and if she doesn't let up once she discover's Anissa's tell, she can KO her before she can recover.
