Speed:
Spidey : MHS+.
Thunder: High end Supersonic/Low end Hypersonic.
Winner: Spidey.
Lifting/Striking strength:
Thunder: Can lift upwards of 100 tons but not just that.
She can toss 100 ton tanks atleast high up in the sky.
Like 80-100m.
So I would say in the High 100s low thousands.
Spidey: About the same as her based on the Bell tower etc.
Lifting: Tie.
Striking: Spidey boi can harm folks who have building level Dura such as Green Goblin and even busted open the Glider which can injure Doc Ock's tentacles that can withstand slamming through Highway overpasses.
Thunder: Her focused Shockwaves can send 100 ton tanks flying and she can harm folks that can withstand said attacks.
She can also harm folks on her level and she can tank building level grenades etc.
So their striking is about the same.
Durability:
Spidey: Can tank Goblin bombs that can bust highway overpasses.
Which has been calced at building level.
Thunder: Can tank grenades that are threats to buildings and should scale to Gravedigger who survived the explosion of Malkovia headquarters.
So their Dura is similar.
Conclusion :
Spidey takes the W.
He is faster and more agile which ensures that he will never get tagged and his blows will gradually overcome her durability or he can exploit a window whereby she is breathing(she needs to hold her breath for her powers to work) and clock/web incap when her stats are more peak humanish.
