Kara ( post S3 ) tanked continent lvl explosion without singlest scratch or bruise but was a little dizzy after explosion. And Thor nearly died after resisting 58 seconds of this reignited star.

As ive said b4 I really don't know much about Supergirl, but from what I have seen she can lift at minimum hundreds of thousands of tons and tank country wide explosions (feel free to correct me if im wrong) since that is the case she stomps Thor
