Even if she is not bloodlusted, he is not gonna even leave a scratch, pain or bruise. He can at best distract her if he hits her head. Sword would likely only maybe give small scar or big pain but she normally takes hit, ignores pain and strikes back. He will keep making her angry so will simply hesitate to shot solid laser strike, blitz and freeze him completely to destroy him completely.

I know power gem oneshoted Captain Marvel by headshot ( who doesn't have any impressive durability feats compared to Thor or Bleeding edge or CW Supes or Kara or J'onn ) but power gem as beam is not reality impressive. Power gem as unnatural lvl power would at best just only feel pain and all. Kara got thunder from red daughter which is really black kryptonite's ( weakness ) and it is hax broken in nature and has some mystical creation powers. Also deactivating powers.

I doubt would power gem full force do sth as power gem is only effective against large objects and more organic + to create bombs slowly. Reality gem might work but really if she as relative to superman no solds history rewriting power and in tie-in novels no solds mid lvl reality rewriting powers of Rome demons this can be hard. Only i see time gem beating her
