CW Suicide Squad vs. MCU Agents of Shield

Scenario: The Suicide Squad escaped from ARGUS and are now working to get SHIELD on their side for protection. They found Coulson and asked him for information about SHIELD, information that he sacrificed his life to protect. Fury has now activated the best he has available to take out these threats and want them dead or alive within the next day. The squad hears of this and decide they should prepare and face them and extract the information from them that they could not from their superior.

• Takes place on a random 160 sqm rooftop.
• They only get their melee weapons.

Probably SHIELD, but I can see Suicide Squad taking it if they play their numbers advantage right.

@thehunter: I think good arguments can be made for either side here. Ben with his claws and Joe with his sword are fairly gifted & experienced, and Chien Na Wei is solid as well. Diaz should theoretically be good if one handed him a knife, though I don't recall specific melee weapons showings from him. And Cupid... I think she's good enough to be a distraction with her bow in close quarters, but that's all.

May is a master of unarmed combat, but she doesn't really have a standard melee weapon. We could assume that it'd be a knife or a staff, but I'd argue that a couple of the CW crew are more skilled than her when it comes to their melee tools of choice vs hers. Where she shines is unarmed, empty handed fighting. Ward is a skilled knife fighter, and Clint is very good with that collapsible staff. Nat is also solid, but honestly I don't think much of her melee combat feats (she's always struck me as a multi-tool, excelling in everything but being outmatched by the masters in individual fields).

Goddammit. Where is Boomerang?!

Suicide Squad stomps honestly. Everyone here except maybe baby Deathstroke is more skilled than anyone on the other team. And at least three of them carry blades or sword. Four if we count Diaz.
