Even with his meta powers dampened, Savitar is all but invincible in that suit. Cicada gets bodied.

Savitar wins - he'll probably blitz Cicada off the bat before his powers are drained. Even if he does lose his speed, he should still take it on account of the suit.

Savitar can still tank his attacks and stab him. Barry wins 8/10.

I don't think the suit is as powerful as most people think. Barry was easily able to fend it off in terms of strength in 3x15 and 3x21, and was kicking it around in that episode. It can sustain damage, as shown by Savitar reparing it in 3x22. It takes several energy blasts as well, and Cicada, WITHOUT ARMOR is able to do the same. Frankly, I also think that after his powers are dampened, Savitar's god complex is what is gonna kill him. He is going to think he can take on Cicada, but Cicada can easily destroy Savitar's suit with what he did to the meta armor trucks in 5x01, or the blasts he does in 5x03, 5x08, and 5x11. Cicada's super strength is also what can win him this fight. With how Cicada broke Nora's back in one hard punch, and this... "But studies have shown, he added, that it would require a force greater than 3,000 newtons to fracture the cervical spine. That's equal to the impact created by a 500-pound car crashing into a wall at 30 miles per hour".

Cicada > Season 5 Barry > Savitar > Season 3 barry

Even if savitar was a better written villian (he still sucked), cicada is just more powerful. He destroyed nearly every meta in his way, that includes barry, who by season 5 was FTL. Season 3 barry was running at the speed of sound at best. Savitar was killed by a bullet, which means he is slower than a bullet

Savitar is basically a morals off armored Barry. A morals off Barry would've destroyed Cicada - he only survived as long as he did due to plot and Barry being written as an idiot.

Savitar should win. Barry was portrayed as faster than ever but he jobbed soooooooo much.

Savitar should win this. Cicada's power dampening dagger doesn't seem to be something that's active all the time. It's something he has to conciously activate in order to take effect. Not only that, Cicada isn't even invulnerable. If Iris can hurt him with a pen of all things, how hard can it be for Savitar to just thrust his blade into Cicada

Any bloodlusted speedster, especially one that knows Cicada's powers, instakill him. Hell all of the Cicadas were just tools and secondary villains used by Reverse Flash to orchestrate his return

Cicada's powers work automatically, and Savitar is more or less Barry S4 in terms of knowledge, so he doesn't know how far he has to be from the dagger to keep his powers. So, Orlin just pummels Savitar until he dies
