They're very similar but Green Arrow just seems quicker, faster to respond to situations, more adaptable and tactically sound overall. He has an arrow for each situation, and he doesn't tend to miss. H2H he seems to have the better training and raw skills at this point, he has seven seasons to make him the most versatile and complete comicbook fighter in live action today.

@the_hajduk: not saying people don’t love the show at all. A lot of my friends actually watch it and love it as well, I used to but stopped because it was just so unlike the comic arrow, and I usually prefer stuff to be more like the comics but we can’t have everything ??♂️ Just an opinion I’m putting out there no need to get defensive

Honestly this probably is a pretty good fight, Their durability is similar, Batman probably is stronger and he seems to hit harder but Oliver is faster and more skilled.
The thing that could give Batman the advantage are his gadgets. The ones he seems to have in his normal suit are his grappling hook, his net gun, Bataragns, smoke bombs, bombs and magnetic explosives. Batman's aim and speed with all of those gadgets is top notch. On the warehouse scene he threw like 6 explosives while going full speed with his grappling hook and they all landed on his targets. While being hit by a Parademon, he managed to take his net gun and shoot him before he dropped to the ground. Also while jumping through the air, he was able to catch Barry's leg with his grappling hook while he was falling, Barry was using his super speed before he tripped so he was going incredibly fast yet despite that Batman managed to grab him. Batman doesn't seem to have an adversion to using gadgets while fighting, so I think that he was manages to overwhelm Oliver with all of his gadgets.
