Nyssa wins although I believe she lacks h2h feats.

Nyssa lacks stats feats to take on someone like Tobias, but if this fight had happened in-universe, she'd almost definitely win.

Nyssa. Tobias has little defense against a sword - save for his brass knuckles, which won't be much against a member of the League of Assassins.

@rbt: Still, probably Nysaa. There are plenty of techniques that deal with larger foes. Nyssa’s a master of the Order.
