Music Meister stomps them into oblivion through Reality Warping, Mind Control, Power Stealing, Omniscience, and probably the billion other things he can do. I'd also like to note that I find it hilarious that Music Meister of all people, is probably one of the most powerful current live-action characters. I assume he's from the 5th dimension like Mxy based on their similar power-levels and kinda omniscient perspectives of the shows. He could even be above Mxy though, given he said none of them could understand where he's from, and Team Supergirl is already aware of the 5th Dimension. Him, Mxy, and anyone with the Spear of Destiny or The Occulus seem to be the current DCCW top-tier.
He's a nice guy though, so in the process of stomping them, he probably resolves the lingering issues between Cap and Tony by forcing them into a musical that reveals the value of their friendship.
