Frost. Far faster and could actually one shot Firestorm if she tries.
Jax can can disintegrate bullets and react to nukes after detonation, KF icicles isn't touching him. Merlyn tagging him was Pis. Firestorm can oneshot the same way Fallout did.
I think she's slightly faster on the draw, and her frost blasts are much colder than Firestorm's nuclear blasts are hot. Caitlyn is gonna ice him before he really has time to utilize more versatile abilities like transmutation.
@the_kidd: To be fair, Caitlin now holds back a lot. IIRC, she also tagged Barry while he was mid run without even going Killer Frost. Bloodlused, I don't see Firestorm surviving a blast from her, which IIRC, can dip near absolute zero.
@rbt: When has Jax ever been affected by cold? He can generate the heat needed to resist frost powers like Fallout also for her to go absolute zero takes time which she won't get. Frost can't take a hit from Firestorm, if they end up in a blasting struggle Firestorm will overpower her easily.
