CW: Green Arrow vs Elongated Man

Context: During a crossover, Ralph makes a strong pass at Felicity. Unable to resist the drama, Felicity goes with it, and when Oliver sees he becomes enraged.

Standard gear. No interference, but everybody is on the sidelines cheering and motivating.

Ralph, we have yet to see what can actually hurt him except that acid thing.

True but it's more likely that Ralph would contain Oliver.

Ralph stomps this, Oliver has no plausible way to hurt or contain him without prep. Oliver's got some strong explosives, but Ralph already very casually not just tanked, but completely contained within him, a city-block level explosion. Ollie's explosives will do literally nothing, and we've seen how useless blades and electricity are. Ralph can shift out of any restraining arrows. Meanwhile Ralph has the strength to hold an accelerating helicopter in place with one arm, and easily lift a large van, so he can definitely KO Oliver.

Indibstructibility is OP.

Elongated Man. I fail to see anyway Green Arrow can hurt him. Even if he used explosive arrows, Ralph could take it.

Why does Ralph randomly have superstrength??? At first I thought the helicopter thing was just the occasional CW not making sense again, but it seems to be sticking. He's restrained a T-Rex's jaw, held a speeding car in place, lifted a van as you say, and I'm sure he has a couple other feats. Why does his body being polymerized and becoming elastic increase his strength??? It's more Luffy than Mr. Fantastic...

...Come to think of it Ralph is more Luffy than Mr. Fantastic. They're both on the same level of completely moronic yet still kinda smart in their own specific ways, and also kind of being a$$holes despite supposedly being nice and selfless heroes.
