I was really surprised when he staggered him multiple times. He also tanked a punch of him & could restrain his arm for a few seconds.

Tony, Steve & Thor received some crazy AMPs .. I really didint expect them to get this powerful. The power-levels are all over the place.

But still, can you imagine ANY super-soldier or even Spier-Man, equipped with a Vibranium shield being able to stagger a 5 gem Thanos who didn’t even flinch from Star-Lord’s energy blasters, Iron Man’s explosions, Bucky’s, Falcon’s and Rocket’s bullets/projectiles/energy blasts in the same movie ? And unless the Gaunlet has something special other than a pointy edge and indestructible, which from the movie it wasn’t, then it ain’t amping his striking power more than say the Iron Spider

@originalcaptain: Cap held his ground for much more than a few seconds, like at least half a minute IIRC. He forced Thanos to struggle more than Loki, Gamora and even Spidey did when they tried to match his strength 1v1 lol. You are right, either the power levels are truly all over the place or super soldiers get much stronger as they age.

You are right. I just realized that. Loki got crushed, Gamora & Spidey got rag-dolled over and over again. Cap did beyond good considerering he fought him 1 vs 1.

I think the Russos want Cap do be at the top, when it comes to street level characters. At least at the moment. He is usually portrayed at that level.

Now I am complete. The MCU has finally made all my top three favorite characters OP. Cap, Iron Man and Thor can all share the title of RUSSO FORCE!!!

He was easily outmaneuvering, outskilling and even overwhelming Corvus while super tired and despite the fact that Corvus showed super-sonic to hyper-sonic reflexes/speed in the movie (effortlessly reacting to Shuri’s sonic blasts, Vision’s energy blast and Falcon missiles)

Yes good points. Not only that, but he was also running faster than usual. When Cap & Black Panther were running next to each other it almost looked cartoonish.

Basically every character got a lot better except for Hulk.

@originalcaptain: Yeah, they looked like they were running at Cheetah level speed or Usain Bolt speed but in a maximum fast forward YouTube video lol. Right now, I have no doubt that he would have little problem tagging CW Arrow and MCU Daredevil/Iron Fist. And with his current level of striking power, they would die 9/10 times

On topic, here are a list of Proxima’s feats, though I most likely miss some

1. Strength

*Matched MCU Cap strength who chronically and feat wise was much stronger than his CW counterpart (years have past in this movie and Cap showed some insane strength feats)

*Nearly overpowered Wanda telekinesis which has insane power in the movie

*Covered several dozen meters in a single leap to chase after Wanda

*Before anyone brough up the Widow instance, kept in mind that Widow ALWAYS had backups when facing Proxima (the first time is Cap and Falcon, the second time was the general of the Dora Mijale). And when Widow did face her 1v1, an unarmed Proxima pretty much stomped through just brute strength alone (pretty consistent with how other super-soldiers on Cap level can do the same)

Durability

*Tanked telekinetic blasts from Wanda

*No-sold being thrown through a burning truck

*No-sold falls from high place

*Tanked being sent flying dozen of meters away from Falcon’s flying kick

Speed

*Fought both Steve and Black Widow at the same time but held her own. Kept in mind that MCU Cap in this movie was fast and skillful enough to easily outmaneuver, outskill, overwhelm and eventually disarm Corvus who showed super-sonic to hyper-sonic reflexes in the same movie

Proxima midnight was a joke but she wins this.

Assuming that the team can hurt her with their weapons in the first place? They win this.

If Nat and Okoye were able to stalemate Proxima then the team of more skilled, more physically powerful and much better equiped fighters can do this and much, much more.

Duo

@the_wspanialy: they didnt stalemate. If not for wanda, proxima would have thrashed both of them.

@wardevil: Well when I think about it now, most of this fight took place off-screen, so fair enough. Though I'm sure certain Viners will keep blowing this out of proportion

Slade solos because sword

The duo can take this, but only because Slade is on Mirakuru.

@ldm: What were you watching where Cap overwhelmed Corvus? Corvus was tossing him around easily in Wakanda.

Proxima

Team with high difficulty.

Proxima sweeps.

She humiliates Slade in durability, she's at least on Arrow's skill level, she's probably faster than either of them and she is stronger than Slade.

I honestly don't see how she wins....

@ldm: When did Corvus show this level of speed?

Widow went toe to toe with Proxima for quite some time 1 on 1. Okoye barely lasted. Proxima was also armed with a sword and a knife against her, Natasha just disarmed her. Pretty consistent with how she stomped Corvus in 10 seconds in the same movie. The super soldiers taking her have huge context behind them and Proxima's way above them.

Both solo. They just shoot her. Slade wouldn't have trouble with Proxima in melee either.

Proxima is way past them physically and skillwise isn't far behind.

Assuming their weapon can harm her in the first place, the team wins handily. There's nothing stopping them from shooting her.

Her holding her own against Cap and Nat for like 7 seconds before Cap (who wasn't even wielding a weapon of his choice) disarmed her is not enough. Slade is around Cap level in physicals and more skilled while Oliver is comfortably above Nat in every aspect possible.

Cap did not stagger Thanos, he titled his head lol

She was struggling against humans , and Mirakuru Slade is a lot above peak human and Ollie is peak human too.

I don't see Proxima winning.
