As you can see, Barry isn't jobbing according to the OP, so those examples aren't worth anything here. Barry can smack around most of them, through Iron Man and Vision could give him trouble.

I say the team. Wanda has two bullet timing level speed feats, and while Barry is much faster than bullets, he's also much larger (ergo more trackable) than bullets. If he gets tagged even once by somebody here he's going down.
