You leaving that part out means one of two things. Either A) you don't pay attention to what you watch, or B) you are trying to misrepresent what was said.

also didnt barry get shot in the leg a few episodes back with the boot. and stopping devoe from teleporting is a matter of getting to him before he can press a button isnt it. i mean thats what he did with barry in his lair.

naruto takes this with ease, i hate it when people give flash mach 10000+ speed when it has been stated over 100 times in the show that he is only mach 3+ over and over, but still people give him faster speed, if the creators say he is mach 3 then he is mach 3 what he does in his flashy fights is seperate from his actual abilties, even in season 4 his speed was shown along with all the speedsters over several times, he was even caught on camera, sure he has his similar time stop abilit shown against the nuke but that is something outside his running speed, him dodging lightning or doing his flashy stuff can be attributed to something other than speed but people still hype it up to speed, barry was tagged and hit by normal humans many times over the show giving hints while he is fast he is not that fast, his abilities are not just speed, as for his durability he is just a normal human while somewhat athletic his physical strengthaint exactly high either as shown in the prison episodes he was lifting that 25LB dumbell,

we even got stats for the Absolute Zero gun which was nowhere near absolute zero and the plank gun which was only 800 degrees as mentioned by cisco

naruto can literally fly upwards and just launch a quick rasengan and destroy everythign within several miles

Devoe has been in another dimension. That is where his base is. They explained that on the show. They do not know how to get to where he is so they have to wait until he comes to them. And no, Barry was not Mach 3 in season one. He was still Mach 2 sometime into season 2.

Yes, which was part of season 2. In that episode he managed to bring himself up to mach 3.3 for a short time period.

Well Compared to other peoples answers here I don't think Naruto can actually beat Barry at all mostly because he's too fast for naruto to properly attack him but he could possibly react to barry though it is not likely. I do however believe Naruto can be scaled to planetary level, but this doesnt change the outcome that Barry still beats Naruto hands down.

I said it before and I'll say it again. The same people voting Barry in here wouldn't vote Barry if we changed this to a comic book or DCEU character. I guarantee it. It gets even better because they also would be the same people that would put a cap on the NLF they are placing on Barry's phasing in this topic.

Flash doesn't have the damage capability nor the overall showings of consistency at high level combat. You could put together a very long montage of Flash being bested by street level characters.

@nomar: Him being bested by street-levellers is purely PIS and we both know this. Also, CW speedsters ignore durability/density when phasing, Eobard has already explained this.

@nomar: we all know that barry is a jobber but as per cv rules barry is fighting at his peak and he is bloodlusted the fact is naruto had 0 piercing durability feats yet you're trying to bring up flashes combat feats as if they matter which they dont

Naruto has zero answer for that phasing and if can get stabbed by a sword he can get phased.
