For the sake of the argument, Flash cannot time travel and kill Aang when he's a baby or anything similar to that.

How so? Flash is in character and is morals on whereas it's the opposite for Aang. Aang output far greater than any of his opponents that he faced aside from speedsters. Weather Wizard, Cold, Heatwave, Black Siren, etc. If Flash fights like he does when he fights other speedsters then sure he wins, but he isn't going to be fighting like that against aang. Plus Flash is going to be on the ground, his movements will be easier to track due to Seismic Sense, on top of having the range needed to constantly pressure Flash. Plus there is no possible way he is taking down AS Aang with what he can do.

Barry's morals will hinder him here big time. He'd lose this one. But blitz aangs head off morals off or if serious (like when he fought zoom in s2 finale)

I'm a bit rusty on Season 2 Barry, but I only recall him not jobbing against speedsters.

I doubt Barry in character would fight Aang like Zoom, and the air shield + golem form is pretty problematic.

So Aang probably stomps despite Barry being way faster.

Even with Morals Off, I seriously doubt it would be that easy. Aang is shielded by his air sphere, which was capable of ploughing through huge stone pillars. Additionally, Barry cannot fly and If he ever tried to fry Aang with lightning, he would only have it re-directed back at him.

Aang also has feats to suggest that he can react to barry, such as him reacting to lightning and point plank explosions.

Barry is somewhere south of mach 20 (unsure on a number since they never actually gave one to us post speed-force visit), but I don't think anyone in the avatar verse is that fast. Barry also has the option of a time remnant to serve as a second combatant in that scenario.

I don't think bended lightning is actually the speed of lightning, do you have anything to indicate that it is? Also, scan of that explosion?

@llehdevil: well, he and Zoom did race around Central city, and again in the season finale, they weren't really fighting, but it was in the midst of something like a battle. But that should be factored into his perception abilities since you have to be able to process everything around you while running at those speeds. They were running around cars and making sharp turns while maintaining those speeds (although at that point they were going around mach 12).

In all seriousness, what he is likely to do is suddenly slow down in front of Aang, then try to throw punches at normal speed.

Yes, resulting in an Arrow v Flashesque sick punch catch and Aaang stomping him.

Flash slams into a wall and kills himself.

Seriously, CW Flash is trash.

Followed by the Flash rolling around on the floor in pain, Aang becoming distracted somehow, then Flash speeding off and returning to STAR labs in shame.

He will be taught a valuable lesson in overconfidence, learn nothing, then go back in time and ruin everything because of his feels.

And thus "The Flash" (CW TV Series 2014-Present) was born.

Pretty sure the lightning itself was calcd to be hypersonic in speed based off the distance it traveled in the Ozai fight. At the very least with the reaction speed he has shown, he could at least surprise barry and there is no way he is beating avatar state either. Characters like Vandal Savage who is a bullet timer managed to surprise barry and push him with his knife throws(the knives were thrown fast enough to already be in point blank range of barry's friends before he started moving to stop them.)

Asides from water maybe, how does he counter air or fire?
