If we assume that Black Siren is on par or better than Laurel, and Oliver stated Dinah is better than Black Siren in hand-to-hand, this could be close.

@nickzambuto: Tbh if we could feasibly scale Dinah off of anyone that's not Siren and/or Laurel, I'd say she at-least has a chance.

Black Siren doesn't need to develop hand to hand skill like Laurel because she's meta human.

What do you mean took damage from black siren exactly?

I honestly don't find Laurrel that impressive. She had that one fight in the hall way with the ghosts but the ghosts were pretty inconsistent. Plus the way that scene was setup its hard to view it as impressive because the ghosts just walk up to her.

With her staff, I'd say Dinah. However all it takes is one opening, if she lets that happens then Frank brutalizes her.

R1: It could go either way, but I think Frank's stats and pain tolerance might lead him to a win here more often than not.

R2: Frank stomps. Dinah doesn't have any particularly amazing marksmanship feats, she's competant, but nothing special. Frank's got some great accuracy feats, and even better active gun combat feats.

OT: If H2H means that Dinah doesn't have her staff, then Frank wins. She might be more skilled, but his damage soak is great and if he gets one hit in then he will continue to ruthlessly brutalise her. If she has her staff, then it could go either way due to the reach advantage, but even then I could just see him catching it and beating her with it. Frank stomps R2 effortlessly.

@subline: so ones I remember are a few fodder wrecking feats throughout seasons 5, 6 and 7, holding her own against China White in 5x14, subduing Earth 2 Laurel in 5x23 (but losing to her all throughout S6) and beating Shadow Thief in the Lost Canary episode in S7.

China White floored Dinah and had her in a bad position in just over 10 seconds tbf. That scaling doesn't really hold up well, don't remember any feats for E2 Laurel sorry, what has she done?

Also, would you agree that Frank has better physicals?

Frank for both rounds. Insane pain tolerance and willpower means he's not going down.

@subline: ok well damn, both of those fights are very impressive. I think the only feat from Dinah that I can remember that’s even close to that is in 6x23 where she defends Laurel and Quentin from Diaz’s men. I counted 7 of them in that scene while I counted like 8 or 9 of Russo’s men/ prisoners for each of Frank’s feats.

And yeah Frank definitely has better physicals. Dinah I think is more skilled but she probably can’t keep him down due to his superior pain tolerance.
