CW Deathstroke VS MCU Captain America

Before you say it, yes this has been done before, but the OP was pretty vague and Cap has a bunch of new feats from AOU & Civil War now.

Rules:

• Gear: Slade Has A Hand Gun Uzi, His Swords, Armor, And Grenades, Cap Has His Shield, Magnetic Wrist Thing, Sticky Bombs(Cap Winter Solider), Hand Gun, and Wrist Grapple(Civil War)
• Slade Is On Mirakuru
• Morals Off
• No Knowledge/Random Encounter
• Starting 50 Feet Away & Visible: Football Field

I've backed Slade in the past but that trailer feat man…I think Steve is just to strong for him now.

@lukehero: Slade isn't a car buster and I don't think he's as durable as a car either.

@lukehero: Yes, I have. I still see Slade having better durability and strength. I see him being more skilled and a bit faster. Not to mention, better gear. It's just gotten closer this time. When the movie comes out, this might completely change though.

Still Slade. Steve doesn't hit hard enough to do significant damage to Slade.

That's hilarious, now back on topic. Slade's best durability feat is being punched by Roy and it more or less not hurting him. Normal people in the Arrowverse have taken multiple punches from Roy and survived, so please tell me what other feats you have to back your claim.

@lukehero: Personally I think we should just wait till the movie comes out before redoing this match. IIRC Cap just got one new feat.

I vote for Steve.

In both Captain America films he was kicking people around like they were ragdolls,literally sending them flying.Strength-wise,i recall an episode from AoS where this black dude with the centipede serum is pushing a track of some sort in an empty field and covers something like 400 meters in 20 seconds and he goes like "Did i beat Cap's time?" and they answer him "Ha,not even close". (Exact duration of the test etc. i cant recall but it was something of that sort).Speed-wise i think Cap takes it.I believe Winter Soldier was faster than Slade and Cap could keep up with him.

The only reason that should be an issue to Cap is Slade's healing factor.But i suppose,if he gets a clean shot with the shield throw its over for Slade.And catching shields is entirely different from catching arrows.

Roy has also punched clean through concrete blocks, bomb proof containers, has snapped arm casually, has lifted multiple tonnes with one hand. Low showing would be low showing. Ben not dying is PIS. Or a durability feat of Ben. However you wanna look at it.

2. Don't act like it's happened one time. Roy has hit plenty of normal humans in the show while he was on Mirakuru and all of them survived, and most of them didn't even suffer serious injury.

@rbt: To be fair as far as punches go Steve still has his shield which can smash through metal robots. There is even a clip of widow smashing through the metal robots with the shield. Which means that the shield is so strong/sharp it doesn't take much force for it to cut through metal. I would say more, but it's up to each person if they want to know all the potential spoilers and I am on a cell right now so I can't do spoiler block. @lunacyde: If a character is punchingn through a bomb proof countianer and then punches a human and that human lives that just is either high and low feats in the mix or those characters that are human are really durable. @primez0ne: He actually did a couple of new things whether or not you want to know those spoilers is up to you. He did toss a 500 pound motorbike and smash a jeep with it.

S02e10. Roy lifted a huge metal light tower which had gained a good momentum.

It had happened twice IIRC. Roy oneshotted Ben. He punched the guy in parking lot a few times and gave him internal bleeding and swollen brain. Anyways, his upper end feats are much more in number than low showings, which are done purposely so he doesn't kill everyone he hits. Considering he is still guilt ridden for one kill. Its a comic book TV show. It has bound to have some inconsistency. Just like MCU has tons of inconsistencies, Arrow has too. If we consider each one of them then Bucky hits harder than Thor does with Mjolnir.

@thehunter: I'm not here to debate, but to listen to others opinions. But, Better Gear? How in this thread Slade would basically only using his Armor and Swords. Neither are as useful or strong as Steve's shield. So I honestly can't see Slade having any real gear advantage. Maybe he wins anyway, but it certainly won't be because of gear. Steve could smash/cut through his armor pretty easily, even widow was capable of smashing through metal robots with the shield in the TV spot.

Deathstroke still wins but it's a little closer now IMO

@lukehero: can't it be argued that he used the motorcycle's momentum and the icy roads to his advantage? It's an impressive feat but it's not like he picked it up with one arm and threw it like a frisbee

@abramdaawesome: Some other users and I were actually discussing the fact that if the bike is moving forward it would actually take more strength on caps part to pull it back and flip it around his head. When this clip came out a lot of review sites actually were saying it was stupid even though it looked awesome. Also many users here comicvine actually complained that it was sort of stupid. Course I reminded them its a Comicbook film, not a physics class.

@lukehero: would it be harder? I'm a little "green" when it comes to physics, but wouldn't it be easier to transfer the kinetic energy rather than stopping it dead in its tracks?

@abramdaawesome: In the gif above I mean the bike is going one way and then he reverses it. I'm certainly not a scientist, but there isn't any way he is using motmentum to toss it.

Having seen the Arrow series and MCU's Captain America/Avengers movies, Cap's feats are way better than Slades. And if folks figure that Slade has the advantage of of a healing factor, Cap was shot multiple times/beaten to a pulp by a cyborg assassin who has many more decades of combat/assassination than Slade - and he completed his objective and lived (even when he did not want to fight).

Cap will take Slade down easy!!

So Deathstroke is an object that will stand around and wait for Cap to throw him?

The movie isn't even out yet and I'm already tired of that bike throw feat.
