Malcolm beats Clint, but idk about Darhk vs Wanda. He might just ragdoll her from the get-go tbh. If it gets to H2H he wrecks her tho. And if it's EoS4 Damien then he effortlessly solo's lol.
Darhk is a bullet timer. He can get his powers up before a bullet closes in from 15 ft. He snaps Wanda's neck before she can lift a finger. That being said, in character and with no knowledge of Wanda, I don't think he will do it at all. Though same can be said for Wanda.
As for Merlyn v Clint, its a mismatch as usual. An arrow timing archer vs a non arrow timing archer. You know the result.
In character means Darhk will monologue or quip before killing anyone and that leaves an opening for Wanda who wouldn't hesitate to take either down.
Main problem is Damien's morals. If Damien won't trait her seriously then she wins otherwise he just smashes her or absorbs life energy from her. He can even teleport on continental-country scale.
Oliver has beaten him because he knew spell to counter his magic.
