CW Damian Darhk vs Ultimate Captain America

I'm just trying to test the waters on Darhk here before jumping into more threads with him. If this is a mismatch either way, I'm sorry. It wasn't intentional.

• This is the live-action version of Damian Darhk as seen on CW's 'Arrow', against the Ultimate comic books version of Captain America. No other version of the characters is involved.
• Standard gear. Darhk has a spare tie and Cap gets his shield and a gun.
• In character. Both know of the other's reputation.

Dark got beaten by Ollie easily. And Ollie isn't even as good as his comic counterpart. And his comic counter part isn't even as good as maistream cap. And mainstream cap isn't as good as ultimate cap.

I'm certain he does.

If so, it would be hard for him to lose IMO.
