Cicada doesn't really have any H2H feats yet apart from smacking around a depowered Barry and friends and killing Gridlock. That being said, current Oliver is a massive jobber who can't fight for toffee so......

Well Cicada was taking blows from Gridlock. So I don't think Oliver could hurt Cicada.

Oliver stomps. The only person of note on the team Cicada dismantled was Barry who beat some random ARGUS agents. Oliver stomps fodder who beat Lyla, ARGUS director.

Also, do remember that Cicada is all about, y'know, depowering people...

I genuinely don't remember, that's why I asked.

I never said he couldn't, it's just that he had a horrible low showing this season. Thankfully, he's improved tons since then, so he'd win now, granted in a difficult fight.

It's not gonna make difference when he just got bruised by this guy's punch.

& he is way too stronger than Oliver.

He almost killed Nora with one punch into her back. And I don't see how Oliver can hurt Orlin with his blows considering the beating he took from Barry.

It looks like a regular kick, Orlin's punch did pretty severe damage to Nora's spine, if one of those hit a human in the face they'd be pretty much dead.

Oliver is pretty solid, but the more he used his powers Orlin became steadily more powerful, early in his first appearance his stats were practically human, whereas a couple weeks after that, he developed enough strength to bend steel with his hands, and in his last days as Cicada he was able to one-shot Flash by punching him. Considering that his Dagger was frozen, it's arguable that Orlin one-shot Flash while he had his powers activated, and taking down Flash in one hit is pretty impressive considering other durability feats he has.

@crapser: i have seen how Barry was ragdolled far away from Gridlock electro punch and Cikada taked whole kombo from Gridlock.

It's pretty impressive, but Cicada only scales above that until around episode 16 (which is when he defeated Barry with a single punch), in his confrontation with Gridlock, the latter had barely recovered his powers, and those depend on the Kinetic energy that his body has.
