Given the OP, I'd want Alex to win... but Sara has this.

Sara handily. Alex has some good feats vs superhumans but Sara has far better feats of beating fodder and established fighters (like Merlyn).

If we take the feats on Supergirl seriously can Sara put her down?

Sara... far more skilled, faster and more experience beating very skilled opponents...

well... most of Alex Danvers's fights were against superhuman, true, but current Sara is just too skilled and has done better even against much more skilled fighters that actually have feats and has also been able to hurt bulletproof characters (Pilgrim, who actually received pretty good hits from Sara)... besides, Alex didn't solidly take down those superhuman individuals handily... she just was faster than them, then when they were getting up again, she used high tech weaponry...
