CW: Al Sah-Him vs MCU:The Winter Soldier

• Al Sah-Him gets composite feats from S1-3. Winter Soldier gets composite MCU feats w/ the titanium arm.
• Both are in-character.
• Both have no knowledge.
• Win by death or K.O.
• EDIT: Forgot to add starting distance... and a location.

R1: H2H. 3ft. Start in the street, no cover.

R2: Oliver gets a sword and a bow & quiver with 10 regular arrows. Winter Soldier gets a sawed off shotgun with 6 rounds in it. 10ft. Oliver starts in the left building WS in the right. Both are covered from the other's sight.

R3: Both get full access to their standard weaponry, with 24 arrows / bullets and a machete. 45ft. Opposite ends of the street.

Final Round: They get full access to all of their weaponry. WS starts on the very top of the building on the right - Oliver starts in the floor just below the top on the left.

Bucky wrecks him in the first round, Oliver destroys him in the other three, including the bonus.

He can choke him out via submission holds - Bucky is a skilless brute, stats aren't the only thing that win you a fight

Yea. You don't need to have superior strength to out-grapple someone, it happens all the time in real life. Even when people are fighting giants that are seven feet tall or weigh 300 pounds. Cap put Bucky in a choke hold fairly easily and yea Ollie's not as strong but he has managed to disarm and snap the necks of people physically comparable and superior to him. Oliver also has experience fighting people he couldn't put down - In Season 5 he pulled off an armbar against Stardust and in Season 7 he dislocated his joints so he couldn't fight back.

Well he did it to Stardust who's stronger than Ollie

I don't think you really understand how choke holds and that sort of stuff actually works, yea I guess you need strength for a choke hold but its not required for the actual choke itself. It's necessary to apply pressure to the carotids. Once a choke is in that's it, the guy is tapping out. You're exaggerating the gap between Oliver and Bucky, I don't think the gap is larger than that of of an adult and a 12 year old girl.

even Nat who's clearly weaker, not as skilled, smaller in size and not as good as a wrestler as Oliver almost successfully choked Bucky out. The dude's face was red from lack of oxygen

In the vid you posted, they arent allowed to hit the person trying to choke them out. Bucky has options like using his metal arm to punch ollie's different body parts, his eyes, his adams apple etc.

Oliver has parried hits, grappled and disarmed Vandal Savage, parried blows from and resisted strength from Mirrakuru soldiers, and fought and defeated Dominators in close quarters. Strength is not the issue - Skill is, and Bucky is practically devoid of any

With the clarified rules in mind...

R1: Bucky destroys

R2: Likely also Bucky. From 10 feet, Bucky is doing more harm with a shotgun than Oliver can with an arrow.

R3: Oliver has a good chance, but Bucky can shoot him right off the bat from 45 feet as Oliver has not shown to bullet-time.

R4: Oliver's best chance. If he plays it smart and relies on stealth, he can win
