I'll take your word for it. However, Arthur jumping at N-52 Diana who's busy trying to lasso him isn't really a significant combat speed feat, not one that puts him above Logan anyways.

my point of aquaman speed is simple u say curry has speed similar 2 spiderman so dat being said arthur still has da speed advantage seeing how even wen peter & logan sure logan could keep up but not actually be his equql in speed

I said his speed is similar to Spider-Man's, as is Wolverine's. I actually haven't seen any combat speed feats from Arthur that put him above Wolverine in combat speed. Teleportation on top of this is just overkill.

Wolverine has insta-killed characters multiple times. He's only had one fight with the space gem, but in that fight he did actually teleport behind someone and stab them:

This is not a play fight, this is a fight to the death. Wolverine doesn't even know who Arthur is.

& while logan has good blunt force trauma he still has more problems wit it den say cutting resistance dis is proven by da fact da logan has been put down by namor in 1 punch even if it was a sucker punch it was still enough 2 make logans brain hit da interior of his skull successfully ko'ing him so dats all aquaman needs 2 due aswell

This is so wrong. No, it's not "proven" with one instance. A sucker punch has a much higher chance of KOing someone than if they were prepared for it, earlier in the fight Wolverine took a punch when he was prepared and he was fine:

Furthermore, Namor has fought Logan another two times where Wolverine was taking his hits just fine without being KOed:

Not to mention that Wolverine has taken multiple hits from Mid Tiers and High Tiers without being KOed, including Thing, Grey Hulk, Skaar, Ares, Hulk, Thor, Wonder Man, Red She Hulk, Thor's clone "Ragnarok, Wendigo, a mech that was ragdolling Hulk, the list goes on.

& YES Arthur is certainly stronger den ben or colossus just look at dere respective feats thing & colossus CONSISTENTLY get wrecked by da marvel top tiers while Arthur on de othe hand is shown CONSISTENTLY putting up VERY respectable fights against dc top tiers

How does this prove Aquaman strikes harder than Colossus or Thing? Both Thing and Colossus have affected Hulk with their punches. Wolverine has taken hits from High Tiers as well, definitely proving that he'll be able to take some hits from Aquaman.

Well by default battles are to the death, so they are going to be trying to kill each other. Wolverine has stabbed Namor above, someone who he knows is a hero. Wolverine does kill people, that's in character for him.

on top of all dat logan would probably notice dat Arthur is a hero how u might ask? simple wolverine has years of combat experience so he certainly knows da difference between some1 coming at him wit non killing & subduing attacks rather den straight up death blows (Arthur also only kills if he has 2 asewll)

Show me Wolverine differentiating someone from a villain or hero by looking at their fighting style. It's a ridiculous argument anyways, both are fighting for the kill here. Wolverine will have no qualms about stabbing him, and one stab is all it will take to kill him if he gets him in the brain or the heart. The reason Wolverine doesn't kill heroes in comics is pretty obvious really, how will stories get written about them? This isn't comics, this is a hypothetical fight to the death on a battle forum. If morals were on and they were fighting only for the KO, then yes Aquaman would probably win in that circumstance.
