Naruto still one shots the verse nothing has changed. On a side note though, it is good to finally get a combat feat from Shanks after all of these years.
@mangacomics69: First of all, AP is joules/standardized volume. Let's get that out of the way. All the big flashy jutsu require huge volume, therefore the energy is insanely spread out. An attack with less KE and less DC can have higher AP. Take a look at the diagram I posted and you'll see what I mean. Explosion 2 has higher KE and DC, and yet Batman is receiving more energy from Explosion 1. The problem with all Naruto attacks is that they require huge volume to perform large amounts of KE and DC. Even if the Bijuu Bomb explosions that cover mountain ranges have 10^32(planetary) KE, each cubic centimeter of the explosion would have around 10^16 joules. Therefore around small city level AP. This same logic applies to ETSO, six paths almighty scream, Madara's mountain cutting Susano'o, and Chibaku Tensei's. The Naruto verse does NOT have impressive AP.
Then we have Shanks, who scales to Whitebeard who can cause earthquakes that travel across multiple islands with just the small volume of his fists. Now that, that is impressive AP. Whitebeard can generate country level KE just by yelling. Imagine what his AP would be. The AP gap between Shanks and Naruto is honestly huge.
Now for speed. I can go down the easy route, say that they both have lightspeed statements, therefore they're both lightspeed and Shanks wins due to having higher AP. But I won't. Naruto's actual feats and scaling get him to around mach 50, whereas Shanks should be around mach 500. No unbacked statements, just what speeds they're actually shown moving at. There's one calc that gets Pain to mach 500+, but that's with inconsistent sizing. Outliers exist. Pain isn't actually that fast.
Conclusion: Shanks wins due to having higher AP and Speed.

Shanks explicitly scales much faster than light and can see more than 10 seconds into the future on top of that. He blitzes and cuts Naruto’s head off which the latter won’t be regenerating from. It doesn’t matter if Naruto is more powerful.
