Hendrickson was tanking several high tier holy knights simultaneously. and then Meliodas tanked the rest of the SDS's most powerful attacks.

King: Sunflower: 「第四形態: 光華サンフラワーDaishi Keitai: Kōka (Sanfurawā)」: A gigantic shoot emerges from the earth, towering over enemies, as a flower bud blooms and shoots several projectiles that are capable of a great amount of destruction
Gilthunder: Lightning King Iron Hammer (English Dub): 「雷帝らいていの鉄槌てっついRaitei no Tettsui; literally meaning "Iron Hammer of the Thunder Emperor"」: By thrusting his sword or pointing his fingers toward his opponent, Gilthunder can evoke a colossal lightning bolt to strike the ground with tremendous force.

Howzer: Rising Tornado: ライジングトルネード Raijingu Torunēdo」: A signature technique of Howzer's that allows him to create powerful tornadoes around an opponent.[4] The force of the winds are strong enough to tear a target's limbs from their body.[5] He was first shown using this technique to lift his opponent into the air by firing off the tornadoes in a volley of punches after forming them around his arms (Howzer used this ability at the same time as Marmas).
Guila: Brilliant Detonation: 「ブリリアント・デトネーション Buririanto Detonēshon」: Immense amounts of flares are accumulated and gathered before erupting and bursting apart, sending a rain of explosions onto enemies.

Dark Snow: 「黒雪ダーク・スノウKuroyuki (Dāku Sunou); literally meaning "Black Snow"」: As Hendrickson raises his hands; numerous tiny, black spheres materialize around him. These spheres are scattered outwards and fall towards the ground like snow. Anyone that comes into contact with the spheres will be enveloped by them and instantly killed.
Dark Nebula: 「暗黒の環ダーク・ネビュラAnkoku no Tamaki (Dāku Nebyura); literally "Black Ring"」: A dark void expands outwards from Hendrickson, completely destroying anything caught within range. The force of the attack was great enough to devastate the surrounding area and incapacitate any caught within its wake. After unsealing the Demon Clan, the process of which removed the Ash-Grey Demon features, he lost the use of this technique.
Dead End: 「黒死デッド・エンドKokushi (Deddo Endo); literally meaning "Black Death"」: Hendrickson raises his hand and materializes the same numerous tiny, black spheres that form Dark Snow By clenching his hand, the tiny spheres merge into a larger black sphere, causing surrounding plants to wither and die. Hendrickson points his fingers and the sphere is fired in the direction of his opponent. Upon impact, the sphere causes a large explosion. The target's body is then completely enveloped by the sphere and they are instantly killed.
And he tanked all of that after he turned his powers off, so please explain to me how Saitama is one-shotting Meliodas while Meliodas' powers are activated.

Never claimed that Meliodas get one shotted but saitama could already do all that with one serious punch i cant see meliodas tank that several times in a fight. That was even the shockwave after his punch.
