Yeah chad hasn't gotten anything recently that makes on the level of current luffy disappointingly. Since he should be close to at least the level of base Ichigo,Uryu,Renji,and Grimmjow but featwise in the war arc he seems around whatever level ganju is at right now.

Chad can’t even beat Chopper so.....Luffy fodderizes him in base.

Chad should be universal, because he was in the same verse with Yhwach.

War arc Chad is has no feats and we have no clue how much stronger he is when compare to HM arc
