Are we using the South Park versions of both? That'd be a close one.

Chthulhu is a mythological creature, with like no real feats . but he should beable to defeat the bear strictly due to his enormous size........

He led the Great Old Ones to war with the Outer Gods, so thats something...so unless ManBearPig gets a speedboat Cthulhu should have this in the bag.
