Also, in Agents of SHIELD an Asgardian bent a knife by grabbing it by the blade with no damage. Asgardians aren't damaged by earth metals. You were also just shown a gif of Thor tanking bullets in AoU.

Because he didn't wanna get shot? If someone sprays water at you out of nowhere you're gonna try to block it with your hands or move out of the way. Or better yet, if someone tries to shoot you with an airsoft or BB gun, you're gonna want to avoid it even though it won't kill you. Also, Thor probably doesn't even know what bullets are or what they can do considering he didn't encounter them in Thor 1, and before that point he hadn't been to Earth in hundreds of years, before guns were invented. So in short, there are plenty of reasons for him to avoid them.

And he was never shown flying away so I don't know where you get that idea from.

No, but he can just tank the bullets. Hela could tank alien machine gun fire like nothing. Regular Asgardians are bullet resistant, and Loki is bullet proof. Thor should be and has no evidence against him not being bullet proof except people taking scenes out of context.

The evidence is literally shown in the movie. He is shown tanking bullets and you are claiming that the movie is wrong? And apparently Agents of SHIELD is wrong too? You are just denying what is clearly shown in the movie at this point. What is vague about him clearly being shot in the movie? What's vague about another Asgardian grabbing a knife by its blade and bending it?

yes my bad. i misread the title. i just picked the 616 thor and the mcu thor to cover both bases, but realized the topic was only about MCU though.

but he didn't and was perfectly fine after....so I assume that makes him resilient to bullets.

Luke cage mentioned while he's bullet proof being shot is annoying still. So idk. but yeah I realize now you guys were talking about the MCU thor. I don't think he's fast enough to replicate plucking a number of bullets of out the air. he did 2 or 3 deflects from what I recall in the movie.

Also, don't these characters get idk "stronger" when the movies progress. Hulk wasn't nearly as strong as he was in his solo film, by the time he met up with the avengers he was punching giant space slugs.

I figured that quin-jet scene was thrown in there specifically to show you thor can take a lot of punishment and can survive being gunned down by bullets.
