The Creeper wins. Super strength, healing factor, super agile, unorthodox fighting style, and paralyzing laughter that induces paralysis and nerve damage.

I wonder if Spider-Woman's pheromones would work on the Creeper, since he's bat-shit crazy lol.

I made a Spider-man and Nightcrawler vs Creeper and Daredevil battle. Everybody said Creeper would solo. So I guess Creeper.

His origin is a bit odd. Long story short, he basically got injected with experimental nanocell technology that turned him into the Creeper, but it turns out that this origin is false (a memory implant), so his origins as of now are unknown. You learn later on that he's a demon, when Lilith, the Mother of all Monsters, calls all her children home and Creeper is one of them.

Though that's from Reign in Hell which was full of nonsense and should have been retconned.

Two of my favorites, but Creeper takes this hands down. Jessica just doesn't have what it takes to both take him on physically and bypass his healing factor. Plus his arsenal is far more useful against her than her's is against him. At least in my opinion.

I have to admit though, in Outsiders when he was in hell with Selena...well...that was BAD ASS!

Creeper, don't let the name fool you Jessica isn't Spider-Man and she doesn't have his powersett or feats. It's venom blast or bust for her in this fight and I can see Creeper overcoming that.

Pain Inducing Laughter - Just the sound of his laugh causes incredible pain to all those in earshot

Healing Factor - Can recover from bullet wounds and cuts in seconds, and can even regrow an entire body in less than a day.

Claws, Fighting Style, Mane, and Stats - Not only was he able to blow apart a brick wall with his mane, but also uses a very acrobatic fighting style. Over and above that he has claws capable of cutting through Man-Bat's skin with zero issue, and can survive a fall from incredible heights without issue. I don't have the rest of this fight in scans, which is unfortunate because he goes to town on Killer Croc after that.

Creepers healing factor is ridiculous and a venom blast would probably make him laugh (since creeper laughs at his own pain) which wouldn't be good. Unless she can endure the laugh spider woman loses this fight.
