the count is like gladiator level, but this guy is a leader not lapdog so his tactical epertise may match magneto's. i go with the count.
The Count level would be like fighting an angry Hulk with the speed of Quicksilver and able to fire heat vision. Magneto has faced those powers before and won. I don't think Magneto would beat the Count, but it wouldn't be a easy win for him.
