Could anyone in cws arrowverse heroes beat arrows villians like Slade and rash

I don't think she is beating Ra's. Or Oliver.

Oliver, Sara and maybe Earth 2 Hood are the only ones that I think would beat or stand a chance to beat the high tiers like Ra's, Damien, Adrian.

Doesn't she have the best feats at this point? She fights superhumans all the time, and she has that feat of fighting Overgirl.

Her best skill feat is beating Darhk, IIRC. And every time she has fought Oliver, its either been a stalemate or he had the upper hand.

Yeah, she has got some really decent stats feats because of that. But Oliver has her beat there as well.

and she has that feat of fighting Overgirl.

Which is almost as legit as Oliver straight up timing Overgirl's heatvision.

She could already beat crap out from Gary Green who in reality is an alien which can devour with ease spartan king. Same as her feats against Streega, Kaupe, Atropos + she could take serious hits from Tagumo.

All of those are impressive stats wise, but no so much skill wise.

With no sort of powers or hax...I assume that means enhancements as well? It's pretty much just Oliver, and possibly Sara Lance then. There are people who may have an outlier showing here or there, but no one else I can think of is consistently at their level.

Brainiac 5 is one of my favorite characters in cw but he just seems so inconsistent and incredibly nerfed he should be able to easily out think devo lex and lena and yet lena is an equal to him it makes no sense for lena to be even close to his level devo or thawne should be the only people that close and yet cisco lena and wells have better feats than him

Ras, Beatrice and Atropos can be beaten by no one, literally no one. Slade and other Arrows opponents like Merlin, Damien and Emiko can be beaten only by Sara.

Oliver will still lose to Ra's

Brainiac 5 should be amazing at h2h but he has like 2 h2h feats i think kate could pull a win bc of her suit. Guardian isnt even worth mentioning he would lose to arrows fodder. Nora could pull a win aswell i havent seen anyone mention her
